Founded in 1991, Lufthansa City Center (LCC) is a worldwide travel agency franchisor based in Frankfurt, Germany. LCC has two target groups who they serve with different product portfolios: leisure travellers and business travellers.
With the digital disruption and success of online booking services Airbnb and Expedia, LCC decided to develop and pilot a prototype travel service called “Scotty” to target young digital startup companies as future business travel clients. Scotty is positioned towards startup entrepreneurs and employees as a radically customer-oriented, personal travel expert, who you can access 24/7 through phone, email, Skype, Messenger chat and Whatsapp.
In collaboration with strategic consultants Intraprenör, Dimes was brought onboard to create a comprehensive brand identity system that will be used to launch in major German markets and startup cities across Europe.
